A summary
Our Activity Sessions offer a wide range of engaging activities, all of which can be adapted to suit different ages, abilities, and individual needs. The sessions operate as continuous provision, allowing attendees to move freely between activities and choose what interests them most at any given time. This flexible approach encourages independence, confidence, and enjoyment. Activities may include Lego, arts and crafts, adapted bikes, sensory room experiences and messy play, reading, musical instruments, swings, and outdoor park activities. We operate with high staff-to-participant ratios to ensure a safe and supportive environment. However, if your child requires constant 1:1 supervision, they will need to attend with their own dedicated support worker

Our aim is to support individuals—whatever their challenges—to Discover their Ability, and to show families, friends, and the wider community what’s possible with the right support and self-belief
