What we'll do
After registering your children with one of our friendly coaching team you will head straight into the training hall to start you fun pack day for gymnastics and games. To begin the session the safety point of the gym will be pointed out before beginning a warm up games to get yourselves all ready and prepared for gymnastics once your warm up is finished you'll move onto some basic mobility stretches to ensure you are all limbered up ready to go on our state of the art equipment around the gym. You will then be split into different age/ability group and be lead by one of our expert coaches around the different apparatus within the training hall. Don't forget though there will be a drink and snack break and lunch too.

Waveney Gymnastics Club has been established in its current centre since 2002 and has been providing high quality gymnastics coaching to promote education, healthy participation in spots and recreational activities to benefits its local community. The club currently provides Gymnastics based activities for over 8000 members of the local community as well as strong links with local schools and community groups. We aim to provide high quality coaching from Grassroots to Gold Standard.
