A summary
At our Teen Boxing Hub, participants can kick off the day by choosing from a range of fun, social, and interactive activities. Dive into PS4 gaming, board games, or friendly tournaments, connecting with friends and exploring favourite games in a relaxed, social environment. Next, they’ll take part in two hours of action-packed, non-contact boxing sessions designed to teach skills, build confidence, and boost fitness in a safe and supportive space. The day wraps up with a delicious lunch and some downtime to relax, chat, and reflect on the day’s achievements. Whether your teen wants to move, create, compete, or just hang out, there’s something for everyone in a safe, exciting, and social environment.
