A summary
Where we'll be: Dunstall Hill Community Centre Day: Sunday Time: 16:30 - 18:30 Dunstall Hill Community Centre and Combat Hub have joined forces to offer a new MMA fitness session as part of Yo! Active. The sessions will focus on specific fitness routines and movements which are required for MMA. The sessions will be broken in to 2 hours with an open session one hour and a female only session the other. There will be recreational activities available to the centre when not taking part. To access Yo! Active sessions you are required to be a resident of Wolverhampton with a WV postcode and have a Yo! Active membership (complete at booking).

A charity which encourages healthier and more active people, lifelong learning and skills and the development of safer, stronger communities. Yo! Active is an exciting new free physical activity programme for children and young people aged up to 18, or under 25 for care leavers or young adults with special educational needs or disabilities (SEND). With funding from City of Wolverhampton Council, we deliver up to 40 hours of free activities every week at the council’s WV Active leisure centres, community centres and other locations across the city.
