What we'll do
A2ndvoice Family Autism SEND Evening Club (all ages) In partnership with our Autistic Adult Social Club (18+) Join us for a welcoming, inclusive and relaxed evening designed for autistic young people, siblings, adults, and their families. What's happening: Social time in a safe, supportive space * Pop Up Arcade: Gaming from 7pm. * Arts & Crafts * Jigsaw Puzzles and Lego * Sports - Football, Snooker, Table Tennis and Badminton * Board Games (Chess, Dominoes, Uno, Monopoly, Scrabble, plus more Updates for our future sessions * Quiz Night * Karaoke Night * Silent Diso Fundraising Event * Cooking Club * Roller Skating onsite * Day Trip out (Age appropriate trips: Twighlight Night at London Zoo 18+, London Zoo for Families, Battersea Park Picnic, Go Ape, Kew Gardens, Science Museum, plus more) Drinks and light refreshments provided - Additional food available to purchase (TBC) This is a great opportunity to: * Build friendships * Develop social confidence * Connect with other families * Enjoy a calm, understanding environment - Open to autistic adults (18+) and SEND families - Friendly, supportive atmosphere

A2ndvoice CIC are a not-for-profit organisation supporting the needs of autistic people and their families, raising awareness and understanding from different perspectives, outreaching also to the Africa, Caribbean, Asian, and Minority Ethnic Communities (ACAME) and Dual Heritage Communities in tackling the taboos and myths around Autism. We host a range of activities and events looking at the needs of the family. Supported by Autistic People and Specialists. Big Up Communities (formerly Big Up Films), is a Lambeth based Charity committed to giving the community a voice. Using filmmaking, play, fitness activities and creative mixed media art projects as tools that engage service use with the ongoing goal of improving their conditions of life through personal and social development. We have limited 121 spaces available during our playschemes. They must be booked in advance.

Cancellation Policy
Refunds are not generally available, but may be considered with sufficient notice.Terms & Conditions 1. Booking & Payments All bookings must be made in advance through Eequ. Payment secures your place and contributes towards staffing, venue hire, materials, refreshments and running costs. Places are limited and allocated on a first come, first served basis. 2. Cancellation & Refund Policy Refunds are not generally available, as fees secure your place and contribute to staffing and operational costs. However, refund requests may be considered with sufficient notice and will be reviewed at the discretion of A2ndvoice management. If A2ndvoice cancels a session, a full refund or alternative date will be offered. 3. Attendance If you are unable to attend, please inform us as soon as possible. Non-attendance without notice may impact future bookings where sessions are oversubscribed. 4. Safeguarding A2ndvoice is committed to providing a safe, inclusive and supportive environment for autistic individuals, SEND families, and all attendees. Parents/carers remain responsible for the supervision and wellbeing of children and young people attending the session, unless otherwise stated. Any safeguarding concerns will be managed in line with our safeguarding policy. 5. Behaviour Expectations We promote a respectful, understanding and autism-friendly environment. We ask all attendees, including family and friends to: * Treat others with respect * Follow venue guidelines * Support a calm and inclusive atmosphere Where behaviour presents a risk to others or significantly disrupts the session, A2ndvoice reserves the right to ask individuals to leave. 6. Health & Wellbeing Please do not attend if unwell with a contagious illness. If your child or family member has specific support needs, allergies, or medical requirements, please inform us in advance so we can support appropriately. 7. Photography & Media Photographs may occasionally be taken for promotional purposes. Consent will always be requested in advance, and no images will be used without appropriate permission. 8. Partnership Delivery Sessions may be delivered in collaboration with partners including Fruitful Minds and the Autistic Adult Social Club (18+), while maintaining A2ndvoice safeguarding and quality standards. I

My experience consists of a leisure activity, on a specific date(s), and therefore the 14-day ‘cooling off period’ under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 does not apply.
