A summary
This vibrant and energetic colour run is designed to promote health, happiness, and community spirit. Each colour represents a different fruit, turning runners into a moving fruit salad by the end of the course! We starts with a lively warm-up session featuring music and dancing to get everyone energised. As runners make their way through the course, they encounter fruit themed zones, concluding with a “Fruit Fest” where participants enjoy music and refreshments... its all about fun! .
