Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 24 hours before the start to receive a full refund.Please note:
In the event that Chill Den does not receive a sufficient number of bookings, Chill Den reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel the relevant session by providing no less than twenty‑four (24) hours’ notice prior to the scheduled commencement time.
Notice of cancellation will be provided using the contact details supplied at the time of booking, and it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure such details are accurate and up to date.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Chill Den shall not be liable for any losses, costs, expenses, or damages incurred as a result of such cancellation, including but not limited to indirect or consequential losses. Any applicable refunds will be processed in accordance with Chill Den’s refund policy.
My experience consists of a leisure activity, on a specific date(s), and therefore the 14-day ‘cooling off period’ under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 does not apply.
