A summary
Stay close to the action in your campervan. We have access to a school playground next door to the conference amenities and activities. This option is only available for small to medium-sized camper vans (up to VW T4/T5/T6 sized) due to weight restrictions. (Spaces are limited) IMPORTANT: There are no electrical hookups or water supplies in the parking area. Water can be transferred from Essex Outdoors, Danbury. Toilets and showers are located within the Event site and are a short walk away. All waste must be removed from the site before departure. This year's conference is set to be packed with exciting workshops and warm reunions at the popular Essex Outdoors site in Danbury. This ticket includes access to the designated campervan parking area (via Car Park A) and access for one person to access the Conference 2023 Event, Activities, and workshops. we are offering a self-catered and fully-catered option.

About Danbury
Danbury is a large outdoor activity centre in Essex. Danbury is a purpose-built site, set in over seventy acres of stunning woodland in the heart of the county near Chelmsford. The FSA conference was held here in 2022 and 2023 and was met with excellent feedback from participants and stallholders. Stallholders form a circle in a well-kept field in the heart of the conference, providing a range of informative and useful services and products for outdoor educators. The stalls are fun to browse in between workshops, lectures and other core activities.
Booking Process
We encourage each person to book individually so that each person can later book and manage their chosen workshops and view their schedule. Camper van bookings go through a manual confirmation process.

Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your place via your Eequ account. Go to your Cancel Page in your Menu. If you cancel within seven days of the event, and we cannot resell your ticket, you will not receive a refund. Any cancellations prior to the 7 day window will receive a full refund. Forest School Association will not accept liability for transport disruption or individual transport disruption
