What we'll do
23rd December: WACKY WINTER GAMES! Escape Room Adventure We are turning the activity centre into an Escape Room for a fun afternoon of team-building challenges. Participants will work in small groups to complete tasks and win prizes. Escape rooms are live-action team-based games where players discover clues, solve puzzles, and accomplish tasks in one or more rooms to achieve a specific goal within a limited amount of time. ========================================================================== 24th December: THE GRINCH TEA PARTY! We invite you to a very special tea party. Dress up in something green and join us for a Grinch movie day and games. ========================================================================= 30th December: COLOURFUL STORIES - Shadow Puppetry Join us in this session to develop a winter tale that will become a shadow puppet theatre. These workshops are an empowering place for self-expression and creative development through art, movement, and storytelling. Participants will work with an artist to create and perform their story and film a shadow puppet play. ========================================================================= 31st December: CUPCAKES n CLAY! A craft party for children who enjoy drawing, painting, sticking, and making things! Join us for a fun-paced art party where children will tap into their inner artist and create their own unique masterpiece. Children will paint a ceramic object, listen and sing-along to music and enjoy cupcakes! ========================================================================= CLOTHING • Appropriate clothing and footwear that allows the wearer to move freely and safely should be worn. • No large earrings or jewellery should be worn at any time; for safety reasons. • Although aprons are worn, we cannot guarantee clothing will not be damaged. • Any new or brand clothing worn is at own risk. • Any toys and/or valuables are brought at participants’ own risk. • All mobile phones MUST be handed to staff to be kept safely for security and safeguarding reasons ========================================================================== Lunch & Snacks Children should bring a healthy snack pack for breaks and a reusable water bottle. Lunch will be provided and will consist of a meal, side dish, fruit, and drink.
