A summary

Our provision is all about creating a fun and memorable experience—after all, it’s the holidays! All of our setting leaders are parents of young children, so we approach our sessions not only as professionals but also with a parent’s perspective. This helps us ensure that our activities are always evolving, responsive, and truly child-led. We organise our sessions around a variety of themed zones, which may include: • Outdoor and indoor sports led by afPE-qualified instructors • Kids yoga and mindfulness to support wellbeing • Forest school adventures and den building • Dance and drama for creative expression • Arts and crafts, baking, and cooking—with seasonal twists to keep things fresh and exciting! During the summer months, we also offer fully insured and risk-assessed trips to local parks, giving children the chance to explore and enjoy the outdoors. While we are inclusive and committed to supporting eligible families with children who have additional needs, we are a non-specialist HAF provider. This means we will need to speak with you to understand your child’s individual needs and ensure our provision is a suitable and safe environment where they can be appropriately supported.

Holiday Zone is provided by Cheshire Childcare Alliance Ltd, an Ofsted Regulated Childcare provider based in East Cheshire. We are proud to provide wraparound care at five local primary schools during term time, and we also offer popular out of school Holiday Clubs. We are also the operators of several from birth, private day care Nurseries at a number of East Cheshire Locations. All Our services are rated Good or Outstanding by Ofsted. Our Holiday Camp provision, has grown organically since 2013, and has over 1400 registered local families using us every week, further information on Holiday Zone and what it offers families can be found here www.holidayzone.org.uk Children accessing our holiday camps receive, a fully risk assessed program, supported by our partners at Citation. A fully insured activity plan with 60 different child led opportunities. Level three trained Childcare Manager’s, operating a full safeguarding policy with DBS advanced checked staff, many of which also hold the Millies Trust paediatric first aiders qualification. All our settings, offer a ratio of 1:8 for EYFS children and 1:10 for over 8’s, further information on our policies and procedures can be found on our website, we are also rated with five starts for food hygiene at all settings.
