What we'll do
Keep Fit session A children's fitness session designed to make movement fun, engaging, and age-appropriate to help kids develop fundamental motor skills while meeting the recommended 60 minutes of daily physical activity. Our sessions typically blend aerobic activity (to improve heart and lung health) with muscle and bone-strengthening exercises through child friendly workouts they'll be sure to love! Following a morning of aerobics, sessions will also include a range of multi-sports activities taking place in our sports hall such as football cricket, basketball and bench ball. All skill levels are catered for, and our activity co-ordinators will make sure everyone gets involved. A hot lunch will be provided in our canteen for all participants to enjoy.
