A summary

Our Multi-Activity Day Camp is for children aged 4–14. Each day includes 5 fun activity sessions with a wide range of options, including sports, arts & crafts, dance and drama. We also offer specialist activities such as swimming, archery, motor sports and fencing. These activities are subject to availability and the daily timetable. HAF activity day times: 9:30am – 3:30pm Extend your day Wrap-around care is available for just £2, which includes an extra activity session. What’s included in wrap-around care: Extended day from 8:30am – 5:30pm An additional 6th activity session Drop-off between 8:30am – 9:30am Collection between 4:30pm – 5:30pm A few T&Cs from Brighton & Hove City Council: • Eligibility criteria – Brighton & Hove HAF funded places are for children and young people in reception to year 11 who receive benefits-related free school meals. • Limits on bookings – Over Spring, Eequ will permit each eligible participant to be booked on to 4 HAF places across all providers in the city. If a session is not attended, HAF places cannot be added back on to an individual’s allocation, regardless of reason. It is therefore important that sessions are cancelled before the activity starts, and ideally giving a minimum of a few days’ notice where possible to allow other children to benefit. Bookings can be managed by the Booker by logging into Eequ and reviewing their Schedule.

Cancellation Policy

Cancel at least 48 hours before the start to receive a full refund.The HAF booking is non refundable or transferable, however as places are limited please do let us know if you cannot attend and cancel your place so we can offer the place to another family. Please note if you book the extended wrap around care, this is refundable within 48 hours cancellation.
