Barleylands Farm Activity Day - Double session

We will meet the children and young people at either:
Butterflies Clubhouse, 7A Eldon Way, Hockley SS5 4AD
or at Barleylands Farm.

At Butterflies Club we wave goodbye to parents at the door and the children are supported by our staff. We will spend the day at the farm before returning to you at the collection point.

At the farm we will participate in animal feeding, play parks, tractor rides, group games such as bingo, visit the farming museum, animal watching and some relaxation activities. We will enjoy a lunch during the morning session and afternoon tea during the afternoon session as part of the HAF program on this activity.

As this is a community based activity under group ratio, session participants must be able to follow simple safety instructions at all times. If you child has higher risk behaviours or struggle to follow simple safety instruction, please book on to our higher ratio sessions.

To take part in the activities with us at Butterflies Club you MUST register and join us at a meet & greet event, so we can get to know your child with you present and get a risk assessment in place to ensure the activities are suitable for them and also to ensure we are fully prepared for any care needs or support needs they may have.
