A summary
This Easter, Laura I. Art Gallery is delighted to invite children aged 5–12 to join our magical four-day Art Lunch & Outdoor Adventure Club – a joyful blend of creativity, healthy living and outdoor exploration designed to inspire young minds and active bodies. Each day begins at the gallery with exciting, hands-on arts and crafts workshops, where children will create beautiful Easter-inspired artworks to take home with pride. From colourful decorations to imaginative creations, every activity encourages confidence, creativity and self-expression in a warm and welcoming environment. After a delicious and nutritious healthy lunch, provided in partnership with our local coffee shop, the adventure continues outdoors in Abbey Ruins and the surrounding park. Children will take part in Easter egg hunts, movement games and fun physical challenges, helping them stay active, build friendships and enjoy the fresh air. A truly special highlight of the programme is meeting Noah the Planet, our much-loved environmental character. Children will play, share their creations, and learn how small everyday actions can help protect nature. Through storytelling and fun interaction, Noah helps inspire kindness, teamwork and care for the environment. We will have experienced SEN support staff on site. For children with more significant SEN needs, we kindly ask that a parent or carer attends for the full day (adult tickets are limited to two per day). Spaces are limited, punctuality is encouraged, and we promise four unforgettable days filled with creativity, adventure and meaningful memories this Easter.

Laura I. Art Gallery
Creating Change Through Creativity
Laura I. Art Gallery is an award-winning, creative and community-driven organisation that uses the power of art to inspire social change, empower individuals, and build stronger, more connected communities. Founded by artist and curator Laura Iosifescu in 2016, the gallery showcases thought-provoking works that challenge perspectives while offering inclusive programmes that nurture creativity, confidence, and collaboration. Through exhibitions, educational initiatives, and environmental art projects such as Noah the Planet, the gallery bridges art, activism, and wellbeing—transforming creativity into a catalyst for dialogue, healing, and sustainable progress. At its heart, Laura I. Art Gallery believes that art is not just to be seen, but to be experienced, shared, and lived.
When you arrive
Please ensure your child arrives at least 5 minutes before the workshop begins. This allows time for registration, preparation, and a smooth start to the session. Late arrivals cannot be accommodated, as it reduces your child’s participation time in the structured morning activity. The first session is carefully designed to link with the physical outdoor activity after lunch, so it is important that children are present from the beginning in order to benefit fully from both parts of the programme. Collection is at 2:00 p.m. sharp from the Laura I. Art Gallery. Please ensure you arrive on time, as staff and volunteers will be required for safeguarding and closing procedures at the end of the session. Thank you for helping us ensure all children have equal time and a positive, well-organised experience.

Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 48 hours before the start to receive a full refund. As these places are fully funded by the Council under the HAF programme, every space allocated has significant value. If your child is no longer able to attend, we kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hours’ notice wherever possible. When a child does not attend without notice, it means another child who could have benefited from the programme misses out on that opportunity. If your circumstances change: Please cancel your ticket directly through the booking platform. Email or message us to inform us of the cancellation so we can offer the place to a child on the waiting list. We understand that unexpected situations may arise. However, regular non-attendance without notice may affect eligibility for future bookings, as we aim to ensure fair access for all families. Thank you for helping us make this opportunity available to as many children as possible.

My experience consists of a leisure activity, on a specific date(s), and therefore the 14-day ‘cooling off period’ under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 does not apply.
