Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 48 hours before the start to receive a full refund. As these places are fully funded by the Council under the HAF programme, every space allocated has significant value.
If your child is no longer able to attend, we kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hours’ notice wherever possible. When a child does not attend without notice, it means another child who could have benefited from the programme misses out on that opportunity.
If your circumstances change:
Please cancel your ticket directly through the booking platform.
Email or message us to inform us of the cancellation so we can offer the place to a child on the waiting list.
We understand that unexpected situations may arise. However, regular non-attendance without notice may affect eligibility for future bookings, as we aim to ensure fair access for all families.
Thank you for helping us make this opportunity available to as many children as possible.
My experience consists of a leisure activity, on a specific date(s), and therefore the 14-day ‘cooling off period’ under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 does not apply.
