A summary
Daily activities include multi-sports games such as dodgeball and table tennis, football with penalty shoot-out competitions alongside Speed, Agility, Quickness (SAQ) movement training. All delivered by a team of experienced coaches - all DBS checked and First Aid trained. SAQ training underpins this programme helping children to develop key movement skills in a fun and engaging way. A mid-morning snack and packed lunch will be provided each day of the camp. This HAF Camp will be held in the Leisure Centre Sports Hall.
