A summary

This is a session for children with Special Needs and Disabilities who reside within the Cannock Chase or South Staffordshire districts.

Please answer all of the questions in the bookers details to ensure that we have all of the relevant information to support your child in a safe and engaging manner. Please consider if your child requires 121 on the day. Generally, we staff 4 children to one adult and small group work is fine with most. However, we do have limited 121 spaces, but these require a pre-assessment to ensure that we are able to meet your child’s individual needs.

This all about games activity with team games, challenges, board games and garden games. All to win tokens which we will trade for small prizes at the end of the session.

Lunch will be provided and will be barbeque pork on brioche bread with sides. As always there will be a vegetarian option available.

***Please be clear regarding dietary requirements at time of booking.
