A summary
A brand‑new four‑day experience with fresh games and challenges. If you came in Week 1, Week 2 will feel different – new activities, new twists and new chances to step up. If you’re joining for the first time, you’ll jump straight into the fun. Every day you’ll get: A high‑energy start with new warm‑ups and games Loads of different sports and challenges to try Short, no‑boring‑bits food chats you can actually use at home A good lunch with friends A positive finish where you can see what you’ve achieved Day 1 – New Skills & Team Code You’ll start with ball skills and mini‑games that feel different from Week 1, adding new twists and challenges. Then, with your group, you’ll create a “team code” for the week – your own rules for how you want people to treat each other, play fair and look after kit. After lunch we look at easy “healthy swaps” (like small changes to snacks or drinks) and then hit a mini multi‑sport festival with new games before a calm cool‑down and a quick “what I did well today”. Day 2 – Challenges & Young Leaders This day is all about stepping up. You’ll do team challenges where speed isn’t enough – you have to think, communicate and back each other up. You’ll also get more chances to be the ref or the coach, giving positive tips and making sure everyone gets involved. At lunch we talk about “fair fuel” – how to spread your food through the day so you don’t crash. The last block is packed with mixed‑team games using different sports, then a cool‑down and a chance to shout out people who showed great fair play. Day 3 – Beat Your Best & Energy for the Day You’ll hit fitness and skills stations where the challenge is to beat your own score, not anyone else’s. Can you jump further, throw more accurately or last longer in a challenge than you did last time? In our food chat we look at breakfast – what you eat first thing and how it affects your energy, mood and focus. Later you pick a skill you want to work on again – your choice, your goal. We end with a cool‑down and a “personal best” share so you can see how far you’ve come. Day 4 – Festival, Habits & Big Finish The final morning brings your favourite games back for one last multi‑sport festival. We keep it fun, friendly and inclusive – everyone gets a role and a chance to shine. Around lunch we run a quick quiz to see what you remember about food, drinks and energy, then you choose one movement habit and one food habit you want to stick with at home. We finish with more favourite games and a celebration with certificates and shout‑outs so you leave knowing exactly what you’ve achieved and how you can stay active and healthy after camp.
