What we'll do
On an ActiveMe 360 holiday camp you will take part in a wide range of fun and exciting activities including; dodgeball, basketball, team games, athletics and many more. Children will be given the opportunity to create or enhance friendships whilst embedding their love for physical activity. Every day will be packed with exciting games and the children will get the opportunity to give ideas to design how the day looks. The camp will run from 9:30am until 3:30pm and children will be supplied with a nutritious lunch and snack each day. A few T&Cs from Brighton & Hove City Council: • Eligibility criteria – Brighton & Hove HAF funded places are for children and young people in reception to year 11 who receive benefits-related free school meals. • Limits on bookings – Over Eater, Eequ will permit each eligible participant to be booked on to 4 HAF places across all providers in the city. If a session is not attended, HAF places cannot be added back on to an individual’s allocation, regardless of reason. It is therefore important that sessions are cancelled before the activity starts, and ideally giving a minimum of a few days’ notice where possible to allow other children to benefit. Bookings can be managed by the Booker by logging into Eequ and reviewing their Schedule.

Free bookings do not require refunds but as places are limited, please cancel if you cannot attend so that your place can be offered to someone else.

My experience is an educational activity and the 14-day cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 therefore applies. After the 14 day period my standard policy will apply.
