What we'll do
We offer fun packed days full of sports & activities. Every day includes a swimming lesson (or if you can already swim, a fun float session). Certain dates throughout the holiday include visits from our singing teacher and the opportunity to tackle the climbing wall . We offer a choice of sports such as dodgeball, badminton, table tennis, handball, football, tennis plus many more. After lunch, the team from MAMA UK join in with some martial arts, kick boxing, circuit training & mindfulness yoga. There is so much to choose from, we always have 2 activity options to choose from at the same time. All our activities are structured and lead by qualified instructors/ sports coaches, our centre staff are first aid trained.

Active Lichfield District promotes local activities to help you stay fit, happy and healthy – from our great leisure centres, wellbeing activities, activities for young people, and local clubs, through to tennis in our parks, local Park Runs and Getin2it, there is loads to take part in!

Our young people will grow in confidence through sport & with our daily mindful yoga sessions.
